Specifically the training was concentrated in explaining the theory behind the Strategic Planning and different definitions used for SP, benefits that an organization can receive if they conduct long term strategic planning within their organizations. Also different types and techniques used in Strategic Planning were elaborated.

In the second day, the training was focused on the two different analysis used for Strategic Planning and they are SWAT analysis and PEST analysis; also various feedback where given in these strategies and who is responsible for Strategic Planning within the organization.
